Steamed Lion's Head

Steamed Lion's Head is a well-known food that is rich in nutrients. It can help us replenish our body and is suitable for all ages. The preparation method can follow the steps below, but please note that this food is not suitable to be eaten with rabbit meat, persimmons and other foods.

1. Method

Steamed Lion's Head Ingredients:

Ingredients: 400g pork (fat and lean), 250g bean sprouts

Accessories: 50g winter bamboo shoots, 50g starch (corn), 50g eggs

Seasoning: 20g ginger, 2g pepper, 8g salt, 20g cooking wine, 3g vegetable oil

1. Chop the pork into fine pieces, put it into a small bowl, add refined salt, water, cooking wine, eggs, minced ginger, pepper, wet starch, etc., stir vigorously to make it dry and thick without spitting out water;

2. Make 4 large flat meatballs and place them in a bowl greased with vegetable oil;

3. Wash and chop winter bamboo shoots into fine pieces and sprinkle on the meatballs;

4. Steam the meatballs in a steamer over high heat until cooked, then take them out;

5. In another pot, add broth (500g) and bean sprouts and blanch until cooked;

6. Add salt and MSG to season, then pour into the bowl containing the lion's head.

2. Tips - Food Incompatibility:

Eggs: Eating them with goose meat will damage the spleen and stomach; eating them with rabbit meat or persimmon will cause diarrhea; and they should not be eaten with turtle, carp, soy milk, or tea.
