Different ways to cook green pepper and bacon

Green pepper and bacon is actually the most common combination, but its deliciousness is self-evident. The rich aroma of bacon and the nutrition of green pepper always make people salivate. Being able to make these foods by yourself will naturally make them more delicious and healthy.

Method 1:

Main ingredients: bacon, green pepper

Ingredients: garlic, pepper, a little salt, a little oil

1. Cook the bacon until it is 70% cooked, remove and slice (ignore my knife skills...)

2. Cut the green pepper into sections, heat the pan, put the green pepper sections into the dry pan and stir-fry until dry, then remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Put a little oil and peppercorns in the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add the bacon slices and simmer. It will be fragrant when it is a little drier. Then add the garlic and stir-fry. Then add the dried green pepper segments and continue to stir-fry. At this time, it depends on your taste. If you think the bacon is not salty enough, you can add a little salt, otherwise you can skip the step of adding salt. Then take it out of the pot and start eating.

Method 2:

Main ingredients: bacon, green pepper.

Seasoning: chopped onion, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt, chicken powder, and cooking wine.

1. Steam the bacon for 10 minutes, slice it and set aside. Break the green pepper into slices and set aside.

2. Heat the oil, sauté the chopped scallion, ginger and garlic, then add the bacon and stir-fry until the bacon curls up and releases oil, and the fat part is transparent.

3. Add green pepper slices and season with sugar, salt, chicken powder and cooking wine. The bacon itself is salty, so add salt as appropriate.

4. Remove from the heat when the green peppers are cooked.
