3.2 Boil the oxtail first, then put it into the casserole together with the ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for more than two hours until the oxtail is basically tender. You can remove the star anise and bay leaves and discard them during the process. Finally, the thick white oxtail soup

4. Finally, add all the vegetable puree to the previously stewed oxtail soup, add salt after boiling, sprinkle some crushed black pepper, and you can drink it
