Recommended recipe for baked pumpkin with cheese

Most people think that the preparation of cheese pumpkin is relatively complicated, so when they really want to eat it, they buy it outside, thinking it is more convenient. But in fact, the production of cheese pumpkin can also be completed by following the simple steps below.

Method 1:

Ingredients: Pumpkin, powdered sugar, mozzarella

Method: Peel and deseed the pumpkin, cut into slices about 1 cm thick, place on a plate, and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes (depending on the size of the pumpkin).

Cook the pumpkin. Pour the juice from the plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, spread the mozzarella on top, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

Cook until the cheese surface is golden brown.

Tips: 1. If you don't have a microwave at home, you can steam the pumpkin for 7-8 minutes until it's cooked.

2. If you don’t have powdered sugar, you can use cotton sugar or granulated sugar instead. The first time I used powdered sugar, the finished product was very good.

I used cotton sugar twice, but it turned out to have a lot of soup at the bottom, so I suggest using powdered sugar.

3. If you don't have an oven at home, but have a microwave with a grill function, you should be able to do it.

4. Mozzarella cheese should be used, so that the finished product can be pulled into strings. Other cheeses cannot be pulled into strings.

5. If you don’t have mozzarella, then just eat steamed pumpkin, haha!
