5. Add sugar to the egg whites in batches and beat into hard peaks. Add a spoonful of corn starch and beat for 1 minute.

6. Take half of the egg yolk liquid and add cocoa powder and mix well.

7. Add the other half of the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk liquid and mix well.

8. Brush the mold with oil, pour in the mixed egg liquid and smooth it out.

9. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake on the middle layer with upper and lower fire for 15 minutes.

10. Add 100 grams of whipped cream and 10 grams of sugar, and beat it in ice water for decoration.

11. Use the Push-to-lock buttons to shape the baked cake slices into circles.
