Turn the box of tofu upside down on the chopping board and cut off the four corners of the bottom of the box to let air enter the box. You can blow air into the box through the small cut or gently pinch the sides of the box with your hands or gently tap the bottom of the box with the back of a knife. However, I have tried it and blowing air inside is the most effective and simple way (please keep the tofu box clean before blowing). In this way, the box wall and the tofu surface will be separated. Turn the tofu over, tear off the film on the surface of the box, then turn it upside down on the chopping board, gently remove the tofu box, and the tofu will appear intact.
