Healthy bacon recipe

12. Crush the star anise, cinnamon and peppercorns with a rolling pin and put them in the meat.

13. Prepare a few pills of vitamin C, grind them into powder with a rolling pin and sprinkle them on the meat.

14. Add mashed garlic and minced ginger, mix well and marinate for about 12 hours.

15. After 12 hours, hang the meat in a cool and ventilated place until it is dry. It is best to eat it after a week.
