How to make Taiyaki with rose bean paste

In order to survive, we have to fight hard every day. The prerequisite for struggle is to have a good body, and a good body requires nutrition to maintain. So where does this nutrition come from? Of course it’s diet. So, from now on, please follow me to learn how to make Taiyaki with Rose Red Bean Paste. I believe it will definitely be good for you.

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add sugar

3. Add honey and stir well.

4. Mix the low flour and baking powder evenly, sift, pour half of it into the egg mixture, and stir in one direction until there are no particles.

5. Add half of the milk to the batter, stir in one direction until evenly mixed, then repeat once, add the remaining low flour, stir evenly, then add the remaining milk, stir in one direction until there are no particles.

6.Finally add salad oil and mix well. You can pour the batter into a large measuring cup to make it easier to pour it into the mold later.

7. Heat the Taiyaki mold on the stove and brush a thin layer of salad oil on it. Start pouring the batter in from the tail slowly. After the tail is full, pour it into the middle of the fish, making sure it is thin enough to cover the bottom.

8. Scoop in the red bean paste. The red bean paste filling sold in the market is very watery and sticky. You can scoop it directly with a small spoon, but be sure to control the amount, otherwise the Taiyaki will break. One point requires 18 grams to 20 grams, no more.

9. Then slowly pour in the batter to cover the red bean paste filling and all parts. Be sure to pour it in slowly; if you pour it in too quickly, the batter will overflow.

10. Close the mold, heat on low heat for about 1 minute, and gently open the mold. If the fish tail is not stuck, the color is just right. Or if you feel that the upper mold is a bit difficult to open, switch to another side and heat it for 1-2 minutes. Repeat this process and open it frequently to observe.

11. If the fish head is too dark and the fish tail is too light. Just heat the fish tail for about 30 seconds longer. Until the color of the fishtail reaches a satisfactory color.

12. Place the baked Taiyaki on a drying net to cool.

13. Do not place it in a plate to cool, as there will be steam at the bottom, causing it to become soft.

Have you learned how to make Taiyaki stuffed with rose red bean paste that I introduced to you today? Although it has a lot of steps, each step is not complicated and very simple. As long as you follow the steps, you will definitely succeed.
