20. Start pinching from the bottom and move the dough upwards, making the five leaves of the five-pointed star bigger.

21. Hold the leaf with your thumb, index finger, and middle finger, and place any leaf on your ring finger. Use the back of a knife like the one on the chopping board in the picture to press out cabbage leaf patterns on the leaf. Press all five leaves in turn.

22. Take one of the leaves and pinch the bottom a little bit bigger.

23. Glue the pinched leaves towards you, then glue all five leaves in the same direction.

24. After pinching, hold it with your left hand, use the base of your right hand to shape it from the middle, and arrange the leaves. In this way, a cabbage embryo is ready.

25. Make all the “Jade Cabbages” one by one.

26. Place carrot slices in the steamer to prevent sticking, and place the prepared "Jade Cabbage" on top.

27. Put it into boiling water and steam it on medium heat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
