​What is the best way to eat salmon roe?

Salmon Roe and Cabbage Kimchi

Material

1/3 cup salmon roe, 3 cauliflower hearts, 1. 2/3 tablespoon salt, 2. 1/3 tablespoon sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 teaspoons rice wine

(1) Place salmon roe in a fine-mesh strainer and rinse gently with cold water to remove the outer membrane of the roe. Drain the water and set aside. If you buy ready-made salmon roe in a supermarket, you can refrigerate it directly for later use.

(2) Remove the skin and coarse fibers of the cauliflower heart (white or green cauliflower is fine), wash and drain, then cut into 0.2 cm thin slices. Add seasoning and mix well. Marinate for about 2 to 3 hours, then filter out the salt water, wash with cold boiled water, drain and set aside.

(3) Add the seasoning to the cauliflower hearts and mix well. Let it sit for about 1 hour, then add the salmon roe and mix gently before serving. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 days.
