What is the correct way to make monk fruit and pear soup?

Monk fruit can be used to make tea, which has the effect of clearing away heat and relieving summer heat. Snow pear and monk fruit can both have a summer heat-relieving effect in summer. Monk fruit and snow pear soup is very sweet and tastes refreshing in summer. It is simple to make and can be made at home. You can also add wolfberry for flavoring.

1. Wash and peel the pears first. Wash the monk fruit and remove the shell (the shell can be kept and dried or soaked in water), take out the fresh flesh inside, and put it into the pot. Put the chopped pear pieces, rock sugar and monk fruit into a stew pot and stew for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle a few wolfberries when serving. In summer, you can also wait for the soup to cool down and put it in the refrigerator. It tastes better after being refrigerated.

3. Wash the red dates, Gongli pears, monk fruit and wolfberries. Remove the skin of the Gong pear, cut it into pieces and remove the core seeds. Cut the monk fruit with shell into four pieces. Put monk fruit, Gong pear, red dates and wolfberry into the pot. Pour 1L of tap water into the pot, adjust the induction cooker to 2000W and cook for 25 minutes.
