3. Add the sauce to the minced meat and continue to stir-fry evenly over high heat.

4. Add eggplant and water, the amount of water should be above half of the eggplant (if you want to use the minced meat soup to make rice, the water can cover the eggplant), boil over high heat, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for a few minutes, then turn to high heat to reduce the juice, sprinkle with chopped green onions and chili before serving
