What dipping sauce do you use for seafood?

Seafood is a type of food that many people like to eat, especially for people who grow up by the sea, seafood can be regarded as a daily staple food. Of course, when eating seafood, in order to make it taste more delicious, you can dip the seafood in some dipping sauce. Of course, there are many kinds of seafood dipping sauces. 1. Grilled Shrimp Sauce

Seasoning: 15 grams each of shallots, onion shreds, ginger slices, and red pepper shreds, 5 grams each of sesame oil, sugar, garlic slices, dark soy sauce, and MSG, 50 grams of light soy sauce, 10 grams of vinegar, 20 grams of peanut oil, and 200 grams of clear soup.

Preparation: Fry shallots, onion shreds, ginger slices, red pepper shreds, and garlic slices in oil until fragrant, add broth, other seasonings and bring to a boil, filter the residue, and chill.

2. Shrimp Marinade

Seasoning: 3 grams of shrimp oil, 10 grams of sugar, 5 grams each of chopped coriander, onion, and chopped ginger, 10 grams of broth, 4 grams each of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and MSG, and 2 grams of salt.

Preparation: Fry coriander, onion and minced ginger in hot oil, add cooking wine, broth, light soy sauce, sugar, MSG and salt and bring to a boil. Served after chilling.

3. Umami Juice

Seasoning: 8 grams of Maggi fresh soy sauce, 5 grams each of ginger juice, scallop juice, fish sauce, salad oil, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, 15 grams of light soy sauce, 3 grams each of chicken powder, Yixiansu, and white sugar, 1 gram of pepper, and 50 grams of fresh soup.

Preparation: Put the above seasonings into a container and boil, add sesame oil and salad oil, and then eat after cooling naturally.

4. Salad sauce

Seasoning: 10 grams of oyster sauce, 6 grams of MSG, 2 grams of pepper, 50 grams of mineral water, 5 grams each of chopped green onion, shallot and minced garlic.

Preparation: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion, shallot, and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add oyster sauce, mineral water, sugar, MSG, and pepper, bring to a boil, filter out the residue, add sesame oil and serve chilled.

5. Hot sauce

Seasoning: 10 grams of Thai chicken sauce, 5 grams each of garlic chili sauce, Guilin chili sauce, sugar, shallots, and coriander, 10 grams of fresh soup, 3 grams of coriander seed powder, 4 grams of MSG, 6 grams of sesame oil, 10 grams of red oil, and 4 grams of sesame.

Preparation: Mix the above seasonings evenly and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6. Pineapple, rice and pepper juice

Seasoning: 100 grams of pineapple, 10 grams of rice pepper, 5 grams each of Hangzhou pepper, onion, salt, white vinegar, and light soy sauce, 20 grams of mineral water, and 3 grams of mustard oil.

Preparation: 1. Peel the pineapple, clean and dice it; cut the Hangzhou pepper and rice pepper into slices; chop the onion. 2. Mix the above-cut ingredients with mineral water, salt, white vinegar, light soy sauce and mustard oil.
