How to cook mushroom fried cabbage heart

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today, I will introduce to housewives a dish of stir-fried cabbage hearts with fresh mushrooms that is suitable for family consumption.

1.1 Wash the fresh mushrooms and slice them, soak the cabbage heart and cut it into sections and drain the water, and flatten the garlic

2.2 Remove the stems of the fresh mushrooms, wet them with water, add 2 spoons of cornstarch, mix well, and rinse with water to remove impurities.

3.1 Add the fresh mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute. Sprinkle some water while frying to prevent the pan from sticking.

4.2 Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic

5. Pour in the drained cabbage heart and stir-fry for a few times over high heat

6. Spray a small amount of rice wine and stir-fry evenly

7. Add salt and sugar and stir-fry evenly

8. Because it is a vegetarian dish, I also add some beef powder to make it taste more delicious. Maybe many people no longer use MSG, chicken essence, etc. What do you think about this? It depends on your taste. I don't put it in meat dishes at home, but if it's vegetarian dishes, I usually put a little bit to enhance the flavor.
