How to cook pork ribs and steamed wild rice stem

1. Wash the ribs with warm water and drain. Wash and peel the carrots and wild rice stems, and prepare the garlic and ginger.

2.12 Cut carrots and wild rice stems into pieces, marinate spareribs with salt, soy sauce, cornstarch and chicken essence for 30 minutes. Smash garlic and ginger with a knife.

5. Put the fried pork ribs and wild rice stems into a large bowl. Take a pressure cooker, put 2 bowls of water in the pot, then put in a triangular steaming rack, put the large bowl with pork ribs and wild rice stems on the steaming rack, cover the pressure cooker lid, turn on high heat, and after the pot is steaming, turn to low heat and steam for 20 minutes.

6. After 20 minutes, turn off the heat, wait for the steam to come out of the pot, open the lid, and the pork ribs and steamed water bamboo are done!

7. Place the pork ribs and wild rice stems on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, add coriander for garnish, and you can serve and enjoy!

For some people, making pork ribs and steamed water bamboo may be simple, but only if you put your heart into it, can you really do it well.
