1. Peel 3 water chestnuts and put them in water to prevent oxidation

4. Add five-spice powder and ginger powder and continue to mix well

6. Finally, add half a spoon of sesame oil to moisten the meat filling

7. After the meat filling is seasoned, slowly add clean water, stirring in one direction while adding water to make water-beaten filling.

8. Take a wonton skin and put the appropriate meat filling on it

9. Fold the wonton skin in half. The dough surface of the wonton we bought is relatively hard, and it has more dry powder to prevent sticking, so we can apply a little water around it when wrapping it.

10. Pinch the upper left and right corners of the wonton together to make a wonton. Follow this method to complete all chaos production

11. Prepare the soup bowl, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, dried shrimps and seaweed to make the soup base

12. Boil water in a pot and cook the wonton. Pour it into a soup bowl with the base ingredients and finally add a few drops of sesame oil before serving. If you like, you can also sprinkle some black sesame seeds
