1.12 Put milk in the bread bucket first, beat the eggs, put salt and sugar diagonally, then pour a spoonful of condensed milk (you can also replace it with about 15 grams of milk powder), then pour in the flour, finally put yeast in the middle of the flour, and start the bread machine kneading program.

5. Shape and place on the baking tray.

6. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it is twice as large as the original size. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with appropriate amount of shredded coconut.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle layer for twenty minutes. When the bread has colored after about ten minutes, cover it with a layer of tin foil to prevent the color from getting too dark.
