Ingredients: 500 grams of flour, 5 grams of Angel Yeast, 150 grams of white sugar, 60 grams of cooked flour, and 40 grams of butter. Preparation method: (1) Place flour and yeast in a container, add 225ml of water to prepare the dough, let it stand and ferment for 30 minutes until the dough is puffed up for later use. (2) Place sugar and cooked flour in a container, add butter and mix evenly on a grater to make the sugar filling. (3) Divide the fermented dough into 70g/2 pieces, roll them into round dough with a rolling pin, add 10g of sugar filling, fold the edges and pinch them into a triangle to form the raw dough. (3) Let the dough stand for a while until it expands in volume, then steam it over high heat for about 12 minutes until cooked. Features: beautiful shape, white and soft, plump and sweet.

Method 2

Main ingredients: 300g wheat flour a, 150g cornmeal (yellow), 100g brown sugar, 30g wheat flour b, 30g red dates. Auxiliary ingredients: 1 teaspoon yeast powder, 200ml warm water

1. Use wheat flour and corn flour in a ratio of 2:1;

3. Stir in one direction until it becomes dough.

4. Knead the dough into a smooth dough.

5. Let the dough ferment in a warm place for about 3 hours until it doubles in size.

8. Mix flour B and brown sugar evenly, so that the sugar juice will not flow out easily.

9. Knead the dough into a dough as thick as your wrist, and cut it into equal-sized dough pieces.

10. Apply a little flour and roll each into a dough with a thickness of about 0.5cm.

11. Add one and a half tablespoons of mixed sugar powder and a few jujube slices.

12. Put away one corner first~

14. Carefully pinch each side~

15. Do it one by one~

16. Put water in the steamer, put the baking paper on the steamer, and place the sugar packets one by one on the paper.

17. Cover the pot and let it rest for 3 minutes before steaming over medium heat.

18. Turn off the heat after 12 minutes. in the country, simmer for 5 minutes and then open the pot to take out the sugar bag.
