6. Then take it out, bury the sausage that has been air-dried for one day, and cover the sausage with orange peel, leaving no exposed parts.

7. Select the 250W power setting of the microwave oven, open the lid and heat for 10 minutes to allow the orange peel to fully absorb the moisture of the sausage.

8. Take it out after 10 minutes, change direction, and continue to heat it in the microwave at 250W power for 10 minutes. Of course, if you don’t have dried orange peels, it should be fine to use used peanut shells or melon seed shells. If the microwave oven does not have a power display, select a smaller setting.
