1. Prepare 300g of clams, rinse them with clean water, drain and place on a plate for later use.

Pour in shredded ginger and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add all the ingredients except the scallion whites: onion, pickled pepper, and dried chili pepper. 3.2 Prepare the ingredients. Cut the scallion and ginger into shreds and mince the garlic. Cut the dried chilies into thin strips. Friends who like to eat onions can cut the onions into strips. For those who like spicy food, you can also add pickled peppers cut into strips.

4. When there is a lot of water in the pot, turn to high heat to reduce the sauce. Add chopped green onions at this time. A pinch of salt and MSG. Stir-fry quickly a few times with a spatula and serve.
