How to make pancakes (Chinese hamburgers)

Pancake (Chinese hamburger) is a healthy and green dish. Different from various street snacks, the ingredients required are all non-toxic and pollution-free green food, and it also has the function of enhancing people's immunity. This dish can be seasoned according to your taste. The combination of different flavors will give people different stimulations to the taste buds.

1. Prepare all the ingredients (flour, cooked sesame seeds, pepper leaves, yeast, eggs, salt), pour them into a bowl and prepare the dough. Note that the sesame seeds must be cooked.

2. Use warm water to knead the dough, just make it a little soft.

3. Then put it in a bowl and let it rest for two hours. When the dough is well-fermented, prepare the pancakes (if there are many small bubbles or holes when the dough is torn, it means the dough is well-fermented)

4. Knead the dough until smooth, put it on the chopping board and use a rolling pin to roll it into a roughly round shape (determine the shape based on the tools you use to make pancakes)

5. Brush oil on both sides of the electric pancake stall

6. After the oil in the electric pancake machine is hot, put the dough you just rolled and start making pancakes.

7. Turn the pancake every three to five minutes (I took mine out halfway through so it was a little overcooked, but it didn’t affect the taste)

8. The pancakes can be out of the pan in about fifteen or twenty minutes, then cut into pieces and serve.

9. Let's enjoy the finished product. I call this a "Chinese hamburger". It has cooking oil and eggs in it, so it tastes particularly crispy.
