6. Transfer to a pressure cooker and add white wine, green onions and ginger slices. Close the lid. Turn to high heat until pressure builds up, cover valve, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, then reduce to low heat for 25 minutes.

7. Turn off the heat, reduce the pressure, open the lid, and separate the soup and meat. Add salt and sugar to the soup for seasoning. Add potatoes and cabbage and cook until soft.

8. Pour the meat into the seasoned soup again, stir-fry, thicken and serve.

9. Pour it on top of the vegetable base. Sprinkle with cilantro.
