Recipe

1. Wash the green onion and ginger, cut into shreds, wash the pork and chop into fine pieces. Wash peas, tomatoes, coriander, green peppers, and lotus roots. Dice tomatoes, lotus roots, and green peppers. Chop fresh vegetables into fine pieces;

2. Kill the live silver carp by hitting its head with the back of a knife, boil it in boiling water, remove it from the pot and place it in a fish dish, sprinkle the fish with chopped coriander;

3. Place the wok on the fire, add peanut oil, heat it up, add the minced meat and stir-fry for a while, add the onion and ginger shreds, stir-fry for a few more times, when the aroma comes out, pour the peas, diced tomatoes, green peppers, and diced lotus roots into the pot, then add cooking wine, sugar and an appropriate amount of clear soup, bring to a boil, thicken with water starch, add MSG, stir well, drizzle with sesame oil, remove from the pot and pour the juice over the fish.
