Pickled pepper chicken feet Wash the chicken feet, cut off the nails, slice the ginger, and crush the garlic. Boil water in a pot, add ginger slices, wine and chicken feet, and cook for 10 minutes. Take out the chicken feet and rinse them with cold water, then soak them in cold water for about 15 minutes. Pour white vinegar into a large bowl, add garlic, sugar, salt and pickled pepper, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Just pour in the chicken feet and marinate overnight, it will be super crispy! 3. Fish-flavored chicken feet Chop the chicken feet in half, wash them and dry them with kitchen paper, fry them until they turn light yellow. Cover the lid while frying, leaving a gap. If the lid is not covered, you will easily be burned by the splashing oil. Dice the ginger, onion and garlic, reserve 1/3 for the finished dish, 1/3 for the sauce, and 1/3 for stir-frying.
