11. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir the chicken from time to time to prevent it from getting burnt and to ensure that the chicken thighs are evenly flavored. When you feel it is almost done, turn up the heat to reduce the soup until the consistency is to your liking.

12. Use a heart-shaped mold to press out a heart-shaped rice ball
