How to make meat stewed tofu slices

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Chop the onion, ginger, garlic and carrot.

3. Wash and drain the old tofu, remove the old skin around it, and cut into slices. (Remember to choose firm tofu when purchasing, as it is not easy to break), blanch it in boiling water with a little salt for a while.

4. Remove from the heat and drain.

5. Add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of salt, half a spoon of sugar, a little pepper, chicken essence and 1 spoon of cooking wine into a clean bowl to make the sauce.

6. Remove the fascia from the pork belly, wash it with clean water, drain it, and cut it into thin slices.

7. Add oil to the pan and heat it to 60%, add the pork slices and stir-fry until they change color, then remove from the pan and drain the oil. (The fat part will not feel greasy after frying)

8. Leave some oil in the pan, add the scallion, minced ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry briefly.

9. Add the stir-fried meat slices and stir-fry for a while, then add the tofu slices and stir-fry gently.

10. Finally, pour in the sauce and shake the pot. Add the shredded radish and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.

11. Tofu is fragile, so don't turn it over frequently during the cooking process. Just shake the pan slightly.
