How to make honey barbecued pork

1. Cut the pork into strips 4cm long, 2cm thick and 10cm long

2.1 Soak the meat slices in the sauce so that every part is evenly covered with the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 2 days

3.2 Pour the barbecued pork sauce into a bowl, add minced garlic, cooking wine, sugar and dark soy sauce, and stir into a sauce

4. Place the marinated meat slices on the grill, leaving some space in between for even heating. Place a baking tray lined with tin foil on the bottom layer of the oven to catch any dripping grease and sauce.

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the meat slices in and bake for 20 minutes. Then take it out, turn it over, brush it with another layer of sauce, raise the oven temperature to 240 degrees, and continue baking for 20 minutes.
