14. When the oil is almost separated, add boiling water (it must be boiling water, the meat will be tough if you use cold water, but very soft if you use boiling water) to cover the meat. It is better to have the oil about one centimeter longer, because there are also vermicelli, potatoes, mushrooms, etc.

15. Then add the vermicelli, because vermicelli is the most difficult to cook, so put it in first

16. After the vermicelli has been cooked for 10 minutes, add the hazel mushrooms. You can add salt at this time because the meat has been stewed almost and needs to absorb the flavor.

17. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, then you can add the potatoes. At this time, the vermicelli is already 70% cooked, and the potatoes can be cooked together with the vermicelli and hazel mushrooms. Remember to stir constantly during the process to prevent the vermicelli from sticking to the pan. When it is done, the juice has been absorbed.
