How to make mushroom gluten fried frozen tofu

3. Blanch the chopped rapeseed in boiling water, then remove and set aside.

10. Add the soaked gluten and frozen tofu, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for a few minutes to allow the gluten and tofu to absorb more flavor. (You can poke a hole in the gluten with chopsticks to make it easier to cook through)

11. When one quarter of the soup is left, add the blanched rapeseed and stir-fry over high heat.

12. After stir-frying evenly, thicken with water starch.

13. Cook over high heat until the sauce becomes thick, then turn off the heat and serve.

14. The delicious mushroom gluten and frozen tofu is ready to be eaten.
