How to make Cantonese style steamed yellow croaker

1.1 Wash the yellow croaker, remove the scales, intestines, gills, etc., rinse it again, drain the water, apply some edible salt on the back of the fish and pour in cooking wine. Slice and shred the ginger, and tie the green onions into knots.

2.2 Ingredients: Yellow croaker, green onion, ginger, and Lee Kum Kee steamed fish sauce.

3.1 After the steamer is boiled, put the fish and the small bowl of steamed fish sauce into the steamer, steam on medium heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and steam on low heat for 5 minutes.

4.2 Make slanted cuts every half centimeter on the fish body, place ginger slices on the fish back and belly, and place scallion knots on the back. Pour the steamed fish sauce into a small bowl.

5. Pick out the scallion knots and ginger slices, and keep the steamed fish sauce.

6. Pour the steamed fish sauce over the fish.

7. Add the hand-torn scallion and ginger shreds.

8. Heat the oil in another pot and turn off the heat when it is 90% hot.

9. Pour the hot oil over the fish.
