How to make mixed vegetable dumplings

19.Pinch the rightmost sides of the two parts of dumpling wrapper together.

20.Pinch the dumplings in the same way as on the right.

21. Place the dumplings one by one on the chopping board.

22. Put water in the pot, add a small amount of salt (to prevent dumplings from sticking), and bring to a boil.

23. After the water boils, put the dumplings into the pot one by one. During the cooking process, stir them gently from the bottom to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

24. After the dumplings are put into the pot, when the water boils for the first time, add half a bowl of water. This is the first drop of water in the “three drops of water”. After the water boils, add water twice more until the dumplings float on the water, then take them out and let them cool before eating.
