How to make fish-flavored shrimp and eggplant casserole

1.Ingredients: long eggplant, fresh shrimp.

15. Add the shrimp balls and eggplant and cook over medium heat for three minutes, stirring slightly in the middle.

16. The juice is almost gone, thicken with water starch.

17. Stir the sauce evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
