8. Pour the boiled pig's trotters into the pressure cooker, then put in the soaked kidney beans and cook under high pressure for about 40 minutes.

9. Remove the lid and add chicken stock, take out the pig's trotters and kidney beans and put them into the casserole, pour in the soup filtered with a colander, and discard the remaining seasoning residue.

10. Finally, sprinkle with chives.
