How to make fragrant oil tea

1.1 Add flour into the pan and fry the noodles over medium heat, turning them over every 2 to 3 minutes. After about 20 minutes, turn them over every 30 seconds and lower the heat appropriately.

2.2 Put black sesame seeds, walnut kernels and melon seeds into the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes. Let them dry and set aside.

3.12 Fry until slightly yellow, pour into a bowl and let it cool until warm.

4.21 Sift the dried flour.

5.Put oil in the pot and heat it until it is 50% hot.

6. Pour the dried fruits that have been dried in advance into the pot and stir-fry.

7. Add flour and stir-fry, keep stirring and keep cooking over medium heat.

8. After frying for a few times, you will almost see the finished product, haha.

9. Pour in sugar and turn down the heat, otherwise it will get burnt.

10. I prefer black sesame seeds, so I added crushed black sesame seeds in the last step. It depends on personal taste. You can also add raisins.

11. Pour the fried oil tea into a bowl and let it cool down.

12. Finally, boil a kettle of water, add two spoons of oil tea, and brew it. Haha, this is the taste I want, mellow and full of fragrance.
