3. Pour half a pot of oil into the pot, put the meatballs in when it is 60% hot, fry for three minutes, turn them over gently with a strainer, and fry for another two minutes before taking them out. When the oil in the pan is heated to 80%, add the meatballs and fry for 30 seconds. Then remove them and the crispy carrot meatballs are ready to be served.
