How to make spicy garlic sprouts

1. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections and place them in a container (if you want to eat long ones, cut them longer; if you want to eat short ones, cut them shorter; short ones are easier to handle). Pour boiling water over the container and cook for about 3-5 minutes, depending on how done and soft you want them to be.
