Homemade slimming tea recipes

There are many slimming teas that you can make yourself. For example, you can make rose honey slimming tea, which has a good effect in promoting bowel movements and has a certain effect of warming the stomach. It is very healthy. You can also make lotus leaf and hawthorn slimming tea, which can also have a good weight loss effect.

1. Homemade Rose Honey Slimming Tea

Ingredients: 6 roses, 1 small packet of black tea, 1 large spoonful of honey, 1 small slice of lemon, 550 ml of water.

1. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the black tea bag and brew for about 6 minutes.

2. Put the rose petals into the black tea and mix them, then continue to boil over low heat;

3. Turn off the heat and add lemon slices. Set aside until the water temperature drops to an acceptable level.

(Personally, I recommend around 50 degrees. If the water temperature is too high, it will destroy the nutritional components of honey.) Just add honey.

Efficacy: Rose honey slimming tea is mild in nature, can reduce internal heat, regulate blood, promote blood circulation, beautify the skin, eliminate fatigue, heal wounds, and protect the liver and gastrointestinal tract. Long-term drinking can also help promote metabolism and play a role in weight loss and fat reduction.

Note: Rose has an astringent effect and should not be consumed by people with constipation. Rose flowers are relatively warm, so it is best to use them as little as possible when you have yin deficiency, hyperactivity of fire, or excess heat.

2. Homemade Lotus Leaf Hawthorn Slimming Tea

Ingredients: 5 qian of hawthorn, 3 qian of lotus leaf, 2 to 3 red dates.

Method: Bring 500ml of water to a boil, add all ingredients, boil for about 5 minutes, then remove the residue and drink.

Efficacy: Hawthorn lotus leaf tea can reduce body fat, strengthen the spleen, lower blood pressure, clear the mind, and prevent obesity, hypertension, arteriosclerosis and other diseases. If you have weak gastrointestinal function, adding red dates can make the tea smoother and more delicious.

Note: Do not take this medicine if you have excessive stomach acid, peptic ulcer, tooth decay, or while taking tonic medicines. In addition, eating on an empty stomach will cause a sharp increase in stomach acid, causing adverse stimulation to the gastric mucosa, causing stomach bloating and heartburn. If eaten on an empty stomach, it will increase hunger and aggravate existing stomach pain.

3. Homemade Hawthorn and Honeysuckle Tea for Weight Loss

Ingredients: 1 qian of chrysanthemum, 5 qian of hawthorn, 1 qian of bupleurum, 1 qian of honeysuckle, and 1 qian of green tea.

1. Wrap the mountain slag, bupleurum and honeysuckle in a non-woven bag.

2. Take a teacup, put in the medicine bag, chrysanthemum, green tea, pour in 350 ml of boiling water, let it cool down and drink.

Efficacy: The hawthorn in the tea has the effect of removing blood stasis, reducing fat and lowering cholesterol; the honeysuckle has the effect of losing weight and maintaining health, especially for obese people with qi stagnation and blood stasis.

Note: People with cold constitution or poor gastrointestinal function should drink as little as possible.
