How to make lamb chops with assorted vegetables

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. So below I will first introduce the method of cooking the dish of braised lamb chops with mixed vegetables.

1. Cut the spine into two small slices, which are sold in imported supermarkets. Use 3g black pepper and 3g salt, spread them evenly on both sides, and marinate for 15 minutes.

2.12 Wash all the side dishes, including mushrooms, asparagus, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and fresh rosemary, and set aside.

3.21 Boil a pot of water, add 3-5g salt, 1 teaspoon of olive oil or salad oil, blanch mushrooms, asparagus and green beans for 3 minutes, drain and set aside.

4. Chop 2 cloves of garlic into minced garlic and add chopped rosemary.

5. Add 3 tablespoons of homemade brown sauce (see previous post for Brown Sauce), 2 teaspoons of salad oil, a little salt, sugar, black pepper powder and black pepper granules, mix into a bowl of sauce and set aside.

6.1 Add the small slices of the back and fry quickly on medium heat on both sides to seal the sauce, then turn to low heat and fry one side for 1 minute, then serve and set aside.

7.2 Put a little olive oil in the pan, heat the oil to 40% and slightly smoke, add the garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

8. Put the mushrooms and green beans in a bowl wrapped in tin foil, add a little salt, black pepper, 1-2 teaspoons of the remaining oil from frying the chopped mushrooms, stir well, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes (180 degrees for 10 minutes in an oven with a temperature setting).

9. Place the small pieces of pork spine on tin foil, brush both sides with the sauce, wrap them with tin foil, and bake in the oven for 8 minutes. (8 minutes in an oven with temperature setting at 200 degrees). Serve on a plate.

10. If you don’t have an oven, fry the lamb a little longer, 2-3 minutes on each side, until both sides are slightly browned, then serve. Then use another pot, pour the juice from the bowl into it, bring it to a boil, and pour the juice over the lamb.
