If you make it thicker, you will need to wait longer for each layer! Use Xiao Huang for the last layer! It will look better!

Ingredients: 2 mangoes, 200g coconut milk, 40g isinglass, 200ml water, 40g sugar . Step 1. Soak the isinglass in ice water. step2 Remove the mango core, take out the pulp, add 10g sugar and 150g water and crush it. Step 3 Take half of the beaten mango juice and bring it to a slight boil, then turn off the heat. Add 20g of softened isinglass and mix well.

step4 Add the other half of the mango juice, mix well and let cool. step5 Take half of the coconut milk, add 50g of water and 30g of sugar and cook until the sugar is completely melted, then add the softened isinglass and mix well. Add the other half of the coconut milk, mix well and let cool. step6 Take a container, pour a layer of mango juice into it, and put it in the refrigerator until the mango juice is completely solidified. Remove the container and pour the coconut milk over the mango layer. Refrigerate until the coconut milk layer is completely solidified. step7 Continue in this way until all the liquid is poured out, then put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for more than 4 hours.
