How to make dumplings with pepper, celery and meat

Exquisite dishes are the result of careful consideration with clever minds, but some dishes in life that look delicious and beautiful are actually not as difficult to make as imagined. Take the dish of dumplings stuffed with chili peppers, celery and meat for example. Prepare the ingredients, stir-fry over medium heat until the ingredients become soft, sprinkle with chopped green onions to enhance the flavor, and then serve.

1. The dumpling flour must be soft, but not too soft. When I use two bowls of flour, I usually use more than half a bowl of water, and add water slowly.

2. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

3. I prepare the stuffing while the dough is resting. Chop the hot peppers, pick the celery leaves and chop them, add the seasonings to the meat stuffing one by one, and mix them evenly (the celery leaves can be soaked in soy sauce and salt and eaten as pickles)

4. When the dough has risen, cut a piece and roll it into long strips. Cut into pieces of the same size and flatten them.

5. The dumpling wrapper should not be too thick or too thin.

6. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add dumplings and meat filling, boil them 2 to 3 times before serving. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
