Fried octopus balls

Main ingredients: 5 octopuses, half a carrot, half a kohlrabi, 1 onion. Auxiliary ingredients: 1 egg, 2 bowls of flour, 3 grams of yeast, 8 grams of salt, 10 ml of cooking wine, 200 ml of oil.

1. Cut the octopus in half and remove the internal organs and eyes.

2. Cut into small cubes, cover with hot water, remove from the water and place in a bowl.

3. Dice the carrot, onion and kohlrabi and mix them together.

4. Add flour, salt, cooking wine, and yeast, stir in a clockwise direction, then add eggs and continue stirring.

5. Preheat the oil, scoop a spoonful of batter with a spoon, and then roll it into a ball with your hands. Fry in a pan until golden brown.

2. Beat the eggs and flour

3. When the oil is hot, shake your hands constantly to break up the flour into small pieces and put them inside the octopus balls. This way they will be soft to eat. If they are all made of flour, they will be hard and not as good.

4. Flour cubes, flour, eggs, water, stir well, chopsticks or spoon dipped in a little oil

5. Fry the flour cubes until golden brown and then serve.

7. When making flour balls, you don’t need too much flour when adding water to the egg flour. If you add too much flour, the balls will be too hard and not tasty.

11. The lower half is ready. Use chopsticks or toothpicks to turn it in a circle. When the semicircular mold is rolled, add small pieces of flour to the other half and wrap it with flour water, wrapping it layer by layer.
