How to make mushroom stewed pork

6. Add pork belly.

8. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir-fry until colored.

9. Add shredded mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add boiling water to cover the ingredients and 2 small pieces of rock sugar and bring to a boil.

11. Pour into a casserole, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat for half an hour.

12. When there is 1/3 of the soup left, add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and stir evenly, then turn to high heat to reduce the soup.
