7. Add a little lard or olive oil and knead

8. After kneading, let it rest for a while

9. Take a small piece, roll it into long strips, and cut into small pieces

10. Roll it into a round skin, but I was lazy and used my hands to make a thin skin:)

11. Add stuffing and shape into dumplings

12. Steam in a steamer for 5 minutes (boiling water)
