How to make egg skin sakura sushi roll

In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and they are ready to serve. The recipe for egg skin sakura sushi rolls is that simple.

1. Prepare the materials first, they are available in all markets.

2. Cook the sushi rice as you would any other rice. Add sushi vinegar while it is still hot. If you like it sour, add more. Stir well with a rice spoon.

3. Fry two eggs into omelettes and use them to make egg skin. Because it is not a frying pan, the omelette will not be very beautiful. Cut the cucumber and ham into strips for later use.

4. First cut a large sheet of seaweed into pieces. Since you will not need all of it, just use the larger piece.

5. Spread the seaweed flat, put in the rice grains and flatten it.

6. Add the ingredients you just prepared and place them in the middle of the rice grains. You can add some salad dressing according to your preference.

7. Roll it up with the sushi mat, just roll it in half and press it tightly.

8. Spread the egg skin on the sushi mat and press it with rice.

9. Then put the freshly rolled sushi on top and press it with the sushi mat.

10. After pressing it into a strip, you can cut it and arrange it properly.
