How to make Yuanbao meat

1. Boil the eggs in a pot of cold water

10. Put the bowl into the pot and steam for ten minutes. Cover the bowl with a large plate. Hold the bowl and plate with both hands, quickly turn them upside down, uncover the bowl, and place the blanched broccoli along the plate.
