How to make mini steamed buns

Life is neither short nor long, but eating is an essential part of daily life. If you eat well, you will be in a good mood; if you are in a good mood, your body will naturally be healthier. Of course, the premise of this health is that you have to cook your own meals, so please follow me and learn how to make mini dumplings.

2.21 Remove the fat and cut into small cubes. Peel the lotus root and cut into small cubes.

3.1 Chop the meat into finer pieces. (A score of around 7 points is sufficient for satisfaction)

4.2 First cut the lean meat into small cubes.

5.1 Add the diced fat.

6.2 Add diced lotus root and chop until it is basically blended with the meat.

7. Chop until all three are blended.

8. Put the chopped meat into a deep bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, minced ginger, and chopped green onion, stir evenly, then add appropriate amount of water starch in batches and stir until slightly firm.

9. Mix the minced meat. (I took out half and used the other half for cooking)

10. Take a piece of dumpling skin, wrap it with appropriate amount of meat filling, and use your index finger to spread a little water on the edge of the dumpling skin. (Because the dumpling skins I bought have more dry powder on them, which makes them easier to wrap)

11. Start pleating from the right side slowly.

12. Continue wrapping one bun.

13. Place the wrapped buns at intervals. When they can fill up a pot, you can steam them first. Since these are dumpling skins, they do not need to be proofed.

14. Place the wrapped buns in the steamer, bring to a boil over high heat and steam for about 5 minutes.

15. Steamed buns are delicious whether eaten right away or dipped in sauce.
