How to make mini vegetarian wontons

1. Main raw materials used.

2. Crack the eggs into the flour, add appropriate amount of warm water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with sugar for about half an hour.

3. Pick small broccoli florets, wash them clean, drain the water and chop them into small pieces.

4. Cut the tofu into small cubes.

5. Put the tofu and broccoli together and add a small amount of thirteen spices.

6. Add appropriate amount of salt.

7. Add appropriate amount of cooked blended oil. I use the one that I heated up before letting cool and then packed. I can just pour it out when I need it. It is very convenient.

8. Add a small amount of oyster sauce and mix well. The wonton filling is ready.

9. Roll the sugared dough into a thin layer, fold it up with the help of a rolling pin, and cut it into pieces about four centimeters thick.

10. Unfold the cut noodles, stack them together, and then cut them into squares.

11. Take a square slice. Place a small amount of wonton filling in the exact center.

12. Fold the dough in half, but not too neatly, slightly staggered. The wontons wrapped in this way will look better.

13. Fold the folded dough in half again along the bottom.

14. After folding it twice, bend the two corners filled with stuffing back and pull them together.

15.Pinch the joint tightly. A wonton is now wrapped.

16. Wrap all the wontons in this way.

17. Boil water in a pot and add wontons.

18. Take a small bowl and add a pinch of salt.

19. Tear the seaweed into pieces and put it into a bowl. Add a little dried shrimp.

20. After the wontons are boiled, scoop in an appropriate amount of noodle soup.

21. Put the cooked wontons into a bowl. Drizzle with appropriate amount of sesame oil and serve.
