How to make meat rolls

Health preservation is a state of mind that requires us to start from the most basic level of life, such as diet. Well, now I will introduce how to cook meat rolls.

1. Mix about 1.5 catties of flour (for a family of three) with 2-3 grams of yeast powder dissolved in 35-degree warm water, and knead into dough with appropriate amount of warm water. Let the dough rest in a warm place for 50 minutes.

2.12 While the dough is fermenting, mix the pork filling, which should be about half a pound. The ingredients for your own meat rolls can be more substantial. (My wife chopped and mixed the meat filling)

3.21 After the dough has fermented, knead it again, take a piece and roll it into a large dough sheet. You need a large board and a long rolling pin to roll the dough all at once. I don’t have a large board, so I can only do it in several times. The dough for homemade meat rolls can be rolled thinner.

4. Then use the back of a spoon to push the meat filling and spread it evenly on the dough.

5. Then carefully roll it into a round strip.

6. Use a knife to cut it into sections. Note that the knife should be sawing so as not to damage the cross section of the meat roll.

7. Put the prepared meat rolls on the steaming grate and let them ferment again for ten minutes. Then put them in the pot and steam them over high heat for fifteen minutes before serving.

8. Now I can finally enjoy Xuanxuan’s meat rolls happily with my son! (Today's kids are really picky)
