9.2 Cut the pork belly into small pieces of 3 cm square.

10. Soak the lotus seeds in warm water for 1 hour and drain.

11. Remove the core of the lotus seeds and embed them into the pork belly rolls.

12. Roll up the meat and place it on a plate with the skin facing down; add ginger slices, scallion segments, and almonds, and pour in the original meat soup until it covers the fat.

13. Steam in a steamer for 20 minutes.

14. Wash the broccoli, break it into small florets, blanch it in boiling water with a little salt, then remove it and drain it.

15. Pour out the soup and put the roll into the container.

16. Arrange the broccoli around the edge of the plate.

17. Skim the oil from the juice, pour it into the pot, slowly add in the starch, and when the juice starts to bubble slightly, pour it on the meat and it is ready to eat.
