1. Wash the celery and set aside.

2. Add rice wine, light soy sauce and starch to the shredded pork and simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Put some oil in the wok, add the shredded green onion and ginger and stir-fry until they change color.

4. Add the celery stalks and stir-fry for half a minute.

5. Then add the celery leaves and stir-fry.

6. Turn down the heat and season. Add sugar, salt, rice wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry quickly until the vegetables are soft. Turn off the heat and sprinkle in appropriate amount of MSG and stir well.

7. Serve as a plate and enjoy.
